I just placed an order. When will it be dispatched?
Place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday and we will do our best to get it dispatched the same day.Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day.Orders are only dispatched on week days. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that due to Covid 19 shipping can sometimes take longer than stated.
If I add a pre-order item to my basket with in stock items are they despatched separately or together?
If you have added a pre-order item to your basket with in stock items, your whole order will be despatched together when ALL items are in stock.
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes you can. At the bottom of your shopping cart there is a box to ‘add a note to your order’. Just pop your note in here. If your item is a gift and you want to write a note to someone we will happy do that for you.
